Johanna S. J. Sandberg is the CEO of SANDBERG Ltd, Inside-Insight Rwanda. Johanna’s entrepreneurial mindset, her specialization in Rwandan society and international standardized service delivery is the backbone of her success and the accelerating growth of her company in Rwanda from 2017-2019. Johanna is, among other things, an international trainer and career coach who works with international clients on an organizational level with capacity building and on a personal level with identifying career paths, provide skills assessments and personal development and growth.
Johanna has a Masters in Anthropology (Global studies and development with a specialty in the post-conflict Rwandan Development). Plus, a Bachelors of Anthropology - Humanistic organizational development. As an International HR professional, she is certified as “Cultural Intelligence Facilitator” from Living Institute, 2018. Additionally, she certified to use the “Cultural Readiness Check” from IBI: Furthermore, she is a “Insight Discovery practitioner” and can give feedback on Insight discovery psychometric tests and provide Human Recourse trainings based on Insight methods.
Johanna has over 10 years’ experience in organizational development and concept development in NGO’s and the private sector in Denmark and in Rwanda. She is experienced in providing expert advice to Senior Management on general HR issues. Johanna focus is on adaptation and bridging cultural differences, work culture, cross-cultural collaboration and diversity intelligence in a broad perspective. She uses her practical experience and educational background as Anthropologist to promote cultural awareness, trust and diversity in organisations by facilitating, counselling, workshops and training. Furthermore, getting people with different backgrounds/cultures to perform together by setting high performing teams.
Monica Keza Katumwine CCO of SANDBERG Ltd Inside-Insight Rwanda, is a recognised Management Consultant, Trainer and Motivator.
Monica is an experienced business manager, business trainer, facilitator and Management consultant with extensive experience in managing businesses in Africa and the UK. With a strong focus on business development and service delivery she delivers strategic leadership, improved business operations and professional workshops to suit a variety of companies and individuals.
She has conducted and managed change management processes and workshops for the biggest retail bank in Rwanda when it was changing from a co-operative to a commercial bank. Monica has over 15 years of experience in business operations, collaborative project management and consulting on business management. She has advised and managed a number of businesses and also been part of several boards in Rwanda.
Her work experience includes: Bboxx Ltd, Women for Women International, Banque Populaire du Rwanda Ltd, Carphone Warehouse, MoretonSmith Ltd, MTN Uganda. Monica also has extensive experience of working in Rwanda and in diverse cultural environments in Uganda, UK and Rwanda.
Monica is passionate about impacting local communities and enhancing their knowledge and abilities through trainings in their local settings.
Business administration and finance
Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in development economics with a major in micro-economics. She runs Sandberg's finance and administrative office. Sarah is also in charge of facilitating ability tests for the candidates selected for interviews.
Sarah is passionate about adding value to businesses to encourage their development financially.
